About Oopsy Frog

Hi. I'm Christina. This is Oopsy Frog.

I started Oopsy Frog because every shirt I could find about ADHD, anxiety, or being-a-little-too-much online fell into one of two camps:

The pastel "you are enough" shirt that reads like a therapist's fridge magnet.

Or the one-liners so tired they'd been on the internet longer than most of us have had attention spans.

Neither felt like us. So I made the third option.

What you're actually getting

Shirts printed on Bella+Canvas 3001 softstyle cotton. Fitted, not oversized. Breathable. Doesn't sag at the neck after two washes.

Designs printed with professional direct-to-garment ink. They don't crack, fade, or peel. They look as loud on wash 50 as they did on wash 1.

Printed on demand from facilities near you — US, UK, or EU depending on your address. Which means no four-week waits, no customs ambush, and no packages from a warehouse in Shenzhen that you forgot you ordered.

Why this exists

Oopsy Frog is for the 47 tabs open. For the ones mid-reorganizing the cutlery drawer instead of answering the thing they were supposed to answer. For brains that refuse assignments, lose trains of thought mid-sentence, and have decided "emotionally available" is a lifestyle now.

The designs are loud on purpose. Slightly chaotic on purpose. Self-aware on purpose. They're the shirts I wanted to wear and couldn't find anywhere.

You don't need a diagnosis to wear one. You just need to recognize yourself in it.

If something's wrong

Email hello@oopsyfrog.com. That inbox is mine.

Wrong size, weird print, colour that personally offends you — tell me. I'll sort it. I reply faster than I reply to my own group chat.

No automated responses. No "please allow 5-7 business days." Just me.

Got a design idea?

If you've got a phrase, a concept, or a joke that's been living in your brain for three weeks and won't leave — email it to hello@oopsyfrog.com with "Design Idea" in the subject line.

I can't promise every idea becomes a shirt. I can promise I read every one.

Welcome to the chaos.
